The company London Space, society of Real Estate Mediation, was acquired by Marques at 30th April 1998. Presently, the company’s capital of 1.000.000,00 € is totality withheld by the holding company of the Group, Marques, SGPS SA. With the strategic reorganization of the Marques Group, operated in December 2002, the London Space assumed the mediating role of Marques in the purchase, sale and resale of properties for the construction business. In 2003 the London Space dedicated its activity to prospecting the potential market, materializing some purchases of lands and batches for future projects; the most important purchase being the one acquired from the Aveiro City Council Auction as well as the land of Mount Susana, council of Ribeira Grande. But, it was from the year 2004 onwards, that the company intensified its activity of real estate mediation, in its own office, at a privileged space in Ponta Delgada, occupying the ground-floor of the Baltic Sea Building, in the Oceanus Urbanization, having now exclusive conditions to attend to its customers. Its main customer is Urbe Oceanus, Lda., the promotional company of the real estate enterprises of the Group, dedicated to the commercialization, sale and commercial resale of apartments, detached houses and commercial spaces. The experiences acquired in recent years, alongside with the financial and fiscal support, the 24/7 after-sales help, allowing to promptly solve the customers problems are determinant for the success of its activities.
