Therefore, the following orientations and priorities have been established:        To define and to carry out goals in an ongoing systematic way, looking forward to improving the performance of the organization, thus guaranteeing the permanent satisfaction of our customers, co-workers and population, in general.        To create a long-lasting relationship with our suppliers, securing advantages for both parties, but always looking for a compromise regarding the themes of Environment, Safety, Hygiene and Health in the Workplace, through the establishment of specific requirements in our documents of purchase.        Always to direct one’s actions act on the path of improvement and optimization of our processes, the elimination and/or reduction of predictable dangers that may turn into patrimonial and human damages. These are identified through systematically established and implemented methodologies, in view to the periodic revision of the Integrated Management System and continuous improvement of its efficiency.        To guarantee the fulfilment of all the requisites and good practices applicable to our products / services, activities and to the Safety, Hygiene and Health in the Workplace.        Always to act with due respect for the environmental heritage of our region.
